Habitat Creation & Restoration

Ecology Services Ltd. presently undertake a wide range of habitat creation schemes, from grasslands to wetlands and woodlands.

Examples of habitat creation for amphibian species can include the construction of ponds and enhancements to their terrestrial environment, such as the establishment of hibernation habitat.

Habitat restoration is often necessary, particularly within urban environments such as old landfill sites, disused quarries and any area where land use has changed. Ecology Services Ltd. currently undertake and/or manage a wide range of habitat restoration schemes.
