The proposed development retains approximately 50% of the development area which is to be enhanced to provide a nature area and ponds, we welcome significant incorporation of biodiversity enhancement within the proposed development. The development has incorporated significant habitat provision in considered and well thought out landscaping proposals. The proposals will enhance the biodiversity value of the site.
